Young Father Dies in RTA Near Home Forest Village

A tragic accident claimed the life of a man from Toledo on Thursday afternoon. Around two p.m., twenty-nine-year-old Elgar Chen was riding his motorcycle from Punta Gorda towards the outskirts of town when he collided head-on with a white pick-up truck.
