Two months after the tragic murder of 23-year-old Simon Arana Junior, police arrested and charged a suspect. Authorities believe that 34-year-old Owen Rhaburn is responsible for the killing. Arana, a beloved teacher at Stann Creek Technical and Vocational Institution, was shot dead on the night of February 10th in Hope Creek Village, where he lived.
