Said Musa says PM has lost his fight on corruption

Said Musa

According to Musa, the performance of the economy under the U.D.P. has been dismal at best, and that is borne out by poverty statistics. The government has boasted about the expanded Boost and food pantry programs, but far from being impressed, Musa says that the need to expand those programs is a reflection of the growing poverty and an indictment of the government.

Said Musa, Fort George Area Rep.

“Poverty, it’s almost half of the population…almost half is living in poverty and misery, while a few at the top flaunt ostentatious wealth…living the vida loca with their Rolex watches and their Gucci bags and their fully loaded SUV, Prados…tinted no less. In the face, Mister Speaker, of this growing income inequality in our country, for the Prime Minister to boast that he has increased the budget for, as the leader of the opposition pointed out—boost, Food Pantry and so on—that is an admission of failure. After six years of the U.D.P., there are more poor people in need of food assistance in Belize; that is an admission of failure. It is an indictment of the government.”

  1. I Belize this joke: Ali Babarrow. bada boom, ha ha says:

“Said Musa says PM has lost his fight on corruption”

Said, I take exception to that!

Consider the facts, you are a lawyer, the words and meaning.

You must admit that Ali Babarrow has won his fight on corruption!
Belize is thoroughly corrupt. Ali succeeded, he is a ponzi BS artist, first rank!

Let me prove it this way, you as a lawyer, a former PM, knowledgeable of Belizean culture.

If you were defending him in court for all this criminal activity, with conspiracies that have conspiracies; you know he and the 40 will never go to jail for any crime.

PUP can’t muster a recall petition and gave up after the first rejection. Who is going to have the moral authority in Belize to put this SOB in prison along with Penner and rest of the 40.

Forget prison, they deserve the Halifax gibbet after a fair trial! All 41 on the same day, televised.
Set an example of burning the garbage to clear out the flea infested rats that have bubonic plague.

Everything Musa says is true. The problem is that he does not have the moral authority to speak about corruption. He is an embarrassment to his party. It’s a testament to how much sway he still has in the PUP. He needs to retire. In his style of politics he and Barrow call each other names and no one goes to prison. If he thinks that it is going to be same old same old when the PUP comes back to power, then he is in for a vicious wake-up call. We have had enough of him! Destructive.!

Et tu Musa? You have some cohoones. Talk about the kettle and the pot. Wasn’t it you and your administration that raided social security funds with Ralph, Courtney, and Godfrey? Wasn’t it you and Ralph who stole Chavez’ gift of millions for housing for the Belizean poor. What short memories you have. the sack that carries your cohones must be dragging on the ground. Both Red and Blue are crooks taking turns to screw the Belizean people. Precio was the only man who didn’t take a dime.
