2 charged for robbery and aggravated assault of Senor Waco
On Sunday, seventy-four year old Onofre Sabido, better known as “El Primer Tacero or Senor Waco”, was brutally attacked inside his home in San Jose Palmar in the outskirts of Orange Walk Town; two men were charged for the offense. Twenty-seven-year-old Najirie Quiroja and eighteen-year-old Edwin Cruz pleaded not guilty to Aggravated Assault and Robbery of Sabido. Both were offered bail of three thousand dollars plus a surety of the same amount which they were able to meet. The incident occurred on Sunday around three-thirty p.m. Sabido, who is confined to a wheel chair, was home alone when the men paid him a visit inquiring if he wants to purchase glass bottles. But before they left, they attacked Sabido; hitting him multiple times with a bottle on the forehead, hands and legs. Both men are accused of robbing Sabido of four hundred and sixty-four dollars before leaving him for dead. After hearing the cries for help some neighbors came to his rescue. The active village neighborhood watch detained the men and handed them over to police. The men are to reappear in court on October twenty-second, 2013.
Its a pity Zimmerman was not that village’s Neighborhood watchman. AND YES I AM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT THAT.
