Cops fish gun out of sea, but can’t prove it belongs to fisherman
A Belize City fisherman is free tonight after he was acquitted of charges of Kept Firearm and Kept Ammunition. Twenty-five year old Victor Foreman Junior of Belize City was allegedly caught on August second, 2011 in possession of a point twenty-two Smith and Wesson brand nine millimeter pistol along with nine live rounds of ammunition. The alleged incident is said to have occurred at the popular fish market located at the Vernon Street Bridge area also known as the Conch Shell Bay. But this morning Magistrate Dale Cayetano found that there were too many discrepancies in the police version of the bust. Foreman was represented by Attorney Dickie Bradley; he told the court that the police were unable to establish that a gun fished out of the water, is the weapon they claimed Foreman disposed of. Bradley also submitted that from the angle where the police were positioned, they could not positively see Foreman throw the gun into the water. The magistrate then acquitted Foreman.
What happened to finger prints, bodies have been buried, relics discovered decades later and it can still be identified, this Police force needs to get online with FORENSICS.
Who is in charge of Forensics?
Ex commisioner Henderson the loser.
No wonder they can not solve crimes in Belize. Step father of Belize’s most dangerous serial rapist.
Bet he can find the next cat house blindfolded though.
