Finnegan implies Mark Espat dah U.D.P.

Michael Finnegan

During this morning’s house sitting, the Minister of Housing Michael Finnegan rose to speak about the restructured bond giving his praise for the leader of the debt negotiating team, Mark Espat. Espat, the former P.U.P. Area Representative for the Albert Division.  Finnegan gave the impression to the members of the House that it may be time for Espat to become a member of the U.D.P.

Michael Finnegan, Mesopotamia Area Representative

“Listening to the member fro, Belize Rural Central, Mister Speaker, she got more nerves than ten bad teeth. So Mister Speaker, I want to congratulate the Prime Minister for the energies and the fight he placed into this Superbond battle. I want to congratulate the leader of the team, Ambassador Mark Espat, for the tremendous effort and energies and intellectual talent and capability that he lent to the negotiating team. And I want to call out Ambassador Espat. It is not time for you to join ranks. It is now time for you to join ranks. And it is not time for you to join ranks and come on this side and declare your interests.”

  3. rj says:

You say ‘stronger’, implying that the UDP is strong, but the UDP is not strong at the moment! and YES, Mr. Esapt is free to join any party he wants!!

  4. ceo says:

How about him just continue being a Belizean working for the best interest of his country? Forget the Party crap!

CEO is right, PUP and UDP are both off the tracks and only serve the selfish interests of the few bold enough to plunder the nation.

Good citizens need to start organizing new parties and kill off the old, corrupt party institutions. They have combined to devastate Belize in 15 years time.

No Mark Espat or anyone else will make the UDP better or stronger, they are on their way out come election time! Haven’t seen such a bunch of incompetents!

Beware of Mark Espat. He is a very devious man. Beware.
