St. John Vianney burglarized

Turning to more crime, thousands of dollars in cash and equipment have been reported stolen from a primary school in the Old Capital. Principal of Saint John Vianney, Felix Sutherland, reported to police that his office on the compound located on Faber’s Road was burglarized sometime between six-forty-five p.m. on the twenty-seventh and seven-thirty a.m. on the twenty-eight of September. Various items including two laptops and a safe containing twelve thousand dollars in cash were stolen.  Police Press Officer, Inspector Fitzroy Yearwood tells us more.

“Stolen from that office was one black in color Dell brand laptop valued at fourteen hundred dollars; a grey and black in color HP brand laptop valued at fifteen hundred dollars, a black metal safe; WESCO Brand valued at seven thousand dollars containing twelve thousand dollars in cash; Belize currency—all the property of the school. We have interviewed several persons in connection with this report but no arrests have been made as yet.”
