Water truck slams into car
An accident at mile forty-nine on the Western Highway was a close call for sixty year old Edwardo Tesecum Senior. It happened shortly after nine o’clock this morning as Tesecum was leaving Westar Service Station in Roaring Creek Village. An oncoming water delivery truck, driven by Shannon Tara, slammed into the front of Tesecum’s car, trapping him inside the wreckage. Police and Fire Department personnel had to pry him out of the vehicle, while an emergency response team was on hand to rush him to the Western Regional Hospital. News Five spoke to a witness, who chose not to appear on camera.

Hope quick recovery to Mr. Edwardo.
This man has always been a careful driver but there are so many drivers who just roar down the road without looking. We are glad he is alive
