Lord’s Bank resident charged for assaulting 10 year old

Augustine Bejerano

In the courts, earlier today, thirty three year old Augustine Bejerano of Lord’s Bank was arraigned on a single count of aggravated assault of an indecent nature upon a ten year old girl. The minor reported to police that on Sunday April fifteen, Bejerano, someone she is familiar with, touched her inappropriately. Bejerano, who appeared unrepresented in court today, pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was denied bail on several grounds; including prevalence of the crime, the sensitive age of the alleged victim and the child’s safety. He was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until June eight.

  1. Storm says:

Sexual assault is a particularly harmful offence, and perverts generally cannot be “cured.” They always are a threat.

I STRONGLY urge that our law be amended to REQUIRE that all convicted sexual offenders be castrated, in addition to any other punishment. Castration is the only way to prevent them from raping more innocents in the future.

I totally AGREE with ‘Storm.’ Castration is THE BEST SOLUTION.
