Accident on the Western Highway

Just before news time, a man was hit on the Western Highway near mile eleven. A News Five team on the scene found out that he was riding a bicycle, heading toward Hattieville when he was hit by a bus, travelling in the same direction. According to one report, the accident victim is a Hattieville resident, who has a hearing impediment. We’ll have more on Wednesday.

  1. LOL says:

These buses are driving crazy on both highways-they should be controlled and stop their letting off in mid road, flashing ligths as if they are planes that blined drivers etc.-they are RACING minister-when will you control it before more crash, fight and kill? Then if you overtake, thats when they pull out and trap you in middle of oncoming traffic-they are so chancy but one day they will do it to the wrong guy.

  2. Mosh says:

This the result of poor traffic managing by our tranportation minister.

  3. anna says:

the drivers don’t have the fault. pedestrians and bicycle riders have the fault.
