GSU busts more criminals for cannabis
After nine o’clock on Monday night, the Gang Suppression Unit searched a Toyota car near the junction of the Airport Camp in Ladyville. Levi Cadle, a taxi driver, was behind the steering wheel. He was accompanied by Akeem Harris of San Pedro. The GSU found what amounts to one point eighty-one kilos of cannabis in the car. Cadle and Harris were charged for drug trafficking. Earlier in the day, the Unit searched an abandoned lot on Electric Avenue where they found seventy-eight grams of cannabis. No one was in the area but the GSU reports that the lot is in the vicinity of the house of a well known street figure.
