On Wednesday night we told you about the cold-blooded murder on a citrus farm in Hope Creek Village. Thirty-nine year old Guatemalan, Anival Lopez, was hacked to death with a machete allegedly by another employee. The accused, a Honduran national, has disappeared since the incident. Dangriga police have been combing the area for forty-three year old Lucio Perez, whom they believe can help with their investigation. According to reports, Perez was drinking with Lopez and another man when an argument turned deadly. It is alleged that Perez pulled a machete and inflicted the wounds on Lopez’s neck.
