“Andrea from what we have gathered John Pascual was riding on Vernon Street and he realized that he was being followed by a person known as ‘Kevo’ from that area. He’s saying that when he reached at the corner of Vernon and Partridge Street ‘Kevo’ opened fire at him. Several shots were fired where he was hit in the left hand, left thigh and left leg nuh. We know that Pascual is presently admitted at the Karl Huesner Memorial Hospital and we’re looking for this person whose by this alias ‘Kevo.’”

Andrea Polanco

“So, no motive for that shooting as well?”

The parents of some of these kids also have a part to play in their upbringing. They do not even have respect.People in Belize useto respect the school grounds. There is a serious problem as it pertains to our morale values in Belize these days. How can people go about their daily lives with this present society?Funeral homes must be a lucrative business in Belize these days.Maybe this Government need to invest in more medical facilities and funeral homes to create more jobs because it doesn’t seems like their is going to be any solution to these crimes. Please bring back the death penalty.I can’t understand how Belizeans are been slaughtered on a daily basis and yet we are afraid to request for a referendum to have the PM impliment this death penalty. Why can’t thesame energy that was put into aquiring the utilities be put into fighting crimes?Belizeans we need to stop sitting aroud like everything is ok when it’s not.

I have to agree with you Mr. Martinez…….. Alot of parents in Belize is proud to find out or know they Sons are gun man. But when the pressure come down their kids are the perfect angel. Parents if you know your Kids are out there doing fool, be prepared because the streets is living by Eye for Eye, Tooth for tooth. One day they fate will come, trust me. Every bad boy in Belize is fighting for the title in Belize City, The baddest. In my life am not scared of no gunman or the baddest man. Because I have been and still live on the gully side and no next man frieghten me, period. Any gunman or badman come to the states have to humble themself, because I seen alot come abroad and lose them life with that stupid Belize mentality. In between many more will have to suffer and many will have to die. Parents is about time for you to be parents, and realize the meaning of life and remember how hard it was to give life. God bless Belize, because the people need him
