Defendant in incest case skips town

A Roaring Creek father charged with sexually abusing his daughter is being sought by police tonight after he failed to show up to his trial. According to reports from the Supreme Court, the thirty-five year old man is accused of one count of Incest and three counts of an Unnatural Crimes against his daughter which allegedly occurred between July 2004 and January 2006. The minor claims the abuse began when her parents separated. The defendant was spotted near the courthouse this morning but he was nowhere to be found when it was time to empanel the jury. Justice Herbert Lord has issued a warrant for his arrest for failing to show up at court. The accused had been living in San Pedro while he was out on bail.
