Murder charge dropped against 3 suspects
Three men walked from a murder charge today, even before the case could proceed to trial. The D.P.P. ordered the Magistrates Court to dismiss thirteen charges, including murder, against Brandon Taylor, Shamir Medina, and Lincoln Hemsley due to insufficient evidence. The trio was on remand for almost two years for the murder of Anchor Security Guard, Glenford Williams, who was shot in May of 2009 and died three weeks later. 
When they heard that they were free to go, Taylor and Medina dashed out of court, followed by Hemsley about fifteen minutes later. The three were accused of storming into the Western Union compound with the intention to rob the business. Williams and others were shot in the ordeal, but he was the only one who succumbed to the injuries. The other charges against three were for Attempted Murder, Use of Deadly Means of Harm, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Dangerous Harm, Attempted Robbery and Wounding. Taylor, Medina and Helmsely have been before the court for numerous crimes.
How much money was paid to the person or persons who dismissed all these charges against these three known criminals??? You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! How can you eat and drink tainted money? How can you sleep at night?????

That is why there will be no end to murder. If it is not the f#$%^&% police that looses the files, the witnesses runs… not enough evidence.. any and all excuses and the killers walk free. NOW… NOW … comes REVENGE , revenge which some say is SWEETER than love. So when will there be a stop to killings?
Witness intimidation or misplaced evidence? That’s alright, Belizeans won’t need to house, feed & make sure they get great dental & medical care for the rest of their lives. The streets will take care of them in due time & we will turn a deaf ear to the stories about their attributes & how someone “chance” they outta dey life.
This just sums up the state of affairs here in Belize.
There was enough evidence to arrest and incarcerate these pieces of crap for three years and now you are telling us there is no evidence???? Should we take a pool on when they will murder, viciously the next person, our brother, sister, child or parent??
The legal system in this country is the most ridiculous system i have ever seen. We may read about Iran, Pakistan, Mozambique or some other nation and shake our heads about how their system works….well, start shaking your head at one of the most horrendous legal systems in the world.
Who benefits? What is the percentage of repeat violent criminals??
How can you attorneys continue to ruin your own country? Wonder why the attorneys send their kids out of the country to get their education and future? They know they let the criminals out every day.. No consciences in the attorneys representing these criminals… they dont need these jobs to represent the criminals, there is enough other work for them.. But, they know they will win these criminal cases because the police are so incompetent and the legal system a joke.
We worry about oil, cruise ships and the price of fuel when we have the second most dangerous country in the world?? Worry about the future of this country… soon there will be not tourist to worry about .. today you have to go to the gas pump with all your wits wondering when the piece of crap is going to come up to you with a gun and hold you up.. dont worry about being raped by the oil barons and the long hands in your pockets from the politicians.. Worry about being able to be alive another day.
SHAME..SHAME ON THE OFFICE OF THE PUBLIC PERSECUTION. ONCE MORE THEY HAVE CAPITULATED TO THE USELESS PUNKS TERRORIZING THE CITY. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED

Eyes on Belize, I agree but kill them before they even reach the courts. That might be the only way we can clean upo Belize as the legal sytem is bare joke.Who is ruling, he gangs. I would like to describe those bastards but will refrain and hpe that one day soon they and all who entertain them all die the same way.

Let us all look at the reality of things even if it cannot be proven at court for some reason or the other. These things are happening for real, People are losing their lives, property, brothers, sisters, mother, father, cousins sons, daughters, Grand father, Grand mother, Grand children and friends.
