Reports of stolen car, boat in Belize and Corozal Dists.

Tonight police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a car and a boat which were reportedly stolen. According to twenty-three year old Allison Cuthkelvin, some time between eleven Saturday night and one-thirty Sunday morning someone stole his Toyota Corolla from in front of Putt-Putt bar on Newtown Barracks in Belize City. The car is a 1993 model, has four doors, and is burgundy coloured.

Angel Verde, a fisherman of Sarteneja Village in the Corozal District told police that his twenty-two foot sailing boat went missing between five Thursday morning and nine on Friday morning. The boat, named Bear, is described as white with black and yellow stripes. On board the vessel at the time were a fifteen foot fiberglass skiff, a dory, and two engines valued at twenty-six thousand one hundred dollars.
