5 medals for Special Olympics Team
Ten Special Olympics athletes returned to Belize on Tuesday from Panama where they competed in the third CODICADER Games for Students with Disabilities. They did not come home empty handed and we’re not referring to their luggage. The athletes, both male and female, scored a total of five medals in shot-put and different races. Head coach, Rodvern Lino, told News Five today that the team had been training for months and it certainly paid off.
