Two adults and two minors charged for Burglary

Lionel Brigal

Two adults and two minors were charged with Burglary today after police allegedly caught them in the act. But the Ladyville residents, twenty-five year old Lionel Brigal and twenty-four year old Ernel Caliz, along with the fifteen and sixteen year old minors are now claiming police brutality. Brigal had a bruised right eye and a cut wound on his forehead and when asked about the injury, he and the other accused persons claimed they were badly beaten by police. Caliz also told the court that on Friday, police found a TV in his yard after responding to a burglary in progress. He says he was detained and brutalized by a sergeant of police and sustained injuries to his genitals. The minors had similar reports. The four are charged in connection with a burglary at the home of Herman Esquivel in the Vista Del Mar area last Friday night. A flat screen television, CD player, and other items with a value of two thousand six hundred and forty-nine dollars were stolen. They were all additionally charged with Handling Stolen Goods. The four pleaded not guilty and were offered bail of four thousand dollars, which only the two minors met. Caliz alleged that he informed police that a friend of his who lives in the same yard was the one that committed the burglary. Police are not looking for a fifth suspect, Nelson Peters who will face similar charges.

well to me this is good, beat the hell outta them and make them think twice before they do it again. I think that a little brtuality for these thuggs is beneficial for their doings, even they is should be not over the limit but let them get the sense of avoiding a next beating. nice sergeant do it to all this scumbags we caught in the act (red handed)
