Woman threatened at her home over old beef

Police are looking for a woman in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred at another woman’s house. Twenty-six year old Nordette Spain reported to police that around seven-thirty on Wednesday night she heard knocks at her house on Maskall Street, Belize City and someone demanded that she open her door. Spain said when she looked outside she recognized a woman she thought was a friend. However, when she opened the door another woman, Rosalie Williams, charged in, produced a knife and threatened her. She said Williams then pulled out a handgun and pointed it to her forehead, threatening to kill her family. Spain believes the incident is over an old beef with Williams. After the incident, Spain said Williams left on a bicycle.
