Two brothers charged with maim of B.D.F. soldier

Story PictureIn other news from the courts, two brothers will spend the Christmas and greet the new year at the central prison. Armando and Angel Bolon, who were both involved in an altercation with B.D.F. soldier William Felix Cho were charged with Maim when they appeared Tuesday in Magistrates’ Court. No Plea was taken from them because the offence is indictable.

The incident occurred around six p.m. on Saturday. Cho reported to police that he was walking on West Collet Canal and upon reaching in front of M.J.’s Bar he was attacked by the Bolon brothers who he has known for the past fifteen years. Cho said Armando held him from behind while Angel took a Belikin bottle and completely knocked out his upper front teeth disfiguring his mouth. Cho was examined by a doctor who classified his injury as maim. The Bolon brothers were each offered a bail of five thousand dollars and their case has been adjourned until January twenty-seventh, 2009.
