Court allows Dean Fuller access to his frozen accounts

Dean Fuller

Dean Fuller

The appeal of Belize City businessman Dean Fuller was dealt with today before a three-member panel of judges at the Court of Appeal.  Fuller was represented by Senior Counsel Eamon Courtenay and attorney Ashanti Arthurs Martin.  In November of last year Supreme Court Justice Oswell Legall ruled against Fuller and his companies Omni Networks and Fultec Systems in a money laundering suit brought about by the Financial Intelligence Unit.  The ruling permitted the FIU to maintain a freeze on twenty-four of Fuller’s business accounts when Justice Legall found that the funds in those accounts were tainted. But the court reversed that ruling today and according to attorney Eamon Courtenay they are now awaiting the necessary paperwork to release Fuller’s assets.

Eamon Courtenay, Attorney

“The Court of Appeals this afternoon immediately, after hearing arguments from both sides, gave their decision.  They did not have to withdraw to consider it.  They allowed Mr. Fuller’s appeal, Fultec’s appeal and Omni’s appeal and released the twenty-four accounts that were ordered to be frozen by the judge of the Supreme Court.  So all his assets have now been released.”

“Initially upon the ruling of Justice Legall a press release was issued by the Fuller group of companies with regards to the fact that they believed the decision was based on circumstantial evidence.  Can you speak to us on why in your opinion, your professional opinion, there was an objection to the ruling initially?”

Eamon Courtenay

“Well we have maintained from the very beginning that this case represents the most monstrous abuse of the statutory powers of the Financial Intelligence Unit. It seems to me and as I said in court this morning the director of the Financial Intelligence Unit has a difficulty in distinguishing between fact and reality; between fantasy and fiction and truth.”

Senior Counsel Antoinette Moore and attorney Mikhail Arguelles represented the FIU. The FIU still has similar charges against members of the Coye Family who operated a local MoneyGram Branch in the City.

So, is who going to receive a very handsome amount of money from dean fuller tainted money, we now know that the director of the Financial Intelligence will be greatly rewarded , even though he is battling with the Difference Between Truth and Reality? The reality of the Financial Intelligence is that In order to reach their goal one has to drink the natem, this is an hallucinogenic beverage that transports people into the realm of real beings.
