“On Saturday, 9th September 2023, around 5:20p.m., police responded to a report of a chopping at Independence Village. They visited the Independence Polyclinic where they saw Robert Foreman with chop wounds. Also, they found one, Efrain Torres with chop wounds as well. An investigation was carried out into this matter, and we have since arrested and charged Jervis Torres and Carlos Jaime for attempted murder, dangerous harm, and use of deadly means of harm. Information is that these persons were involved in a fight, which resulted in the four men being injured. He (Foreman) is presently in stable condition and is recovering.”
