Assailants shoot at care owned by minister

It is not a big case, but it is news because it involves persons in top places. No one was injured in this morning’s shooting, but it is noteworthy that the target, Michael Sutherland, was driving the private vehicle of Minister Anthony “Boots” Martinez’. Details are being released little by little, but is has been confirmed that the Minister of Works was not in the vehicle at the time of the shooting. Michael claims that he was driving on Reggae Street and was approached by Kevin Bailey Sutherland as he exited the vehicle. Kevin allegedly threatened Michael with a handgun and then fired three shots that shattered the back glass of the vehicle. Michael escaped without injury and police are now looking for Bailey. Unconfirmed reports are that the two are related and the incident follows a previous dispute.
