“Recruitment at the F.I.U does involve a vetting process, so of course we check criminal backgrounds, we try to find out who your associates are, etcetera, in terms of vetting our officers and our staff, so we rely on not only our information but also police and other sources to do our vetting. So we do vet our staff and our persons.”
