MedSafe Donates $20,000 Equipment to K.H.M.H.A.

MedSafe, a Belizean pharmaceutical company, donated an Accula P.C.R. testing machine with cartridges to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. The equipment, valued at twenty thousand dollars, is used to generate accurate and fast P.C.R. results.  The testing machine was handed over by a MedSafe’s representative.  A demonstration and training session was provided for all lab staff present. On hand to receive the donation was the C.E.O. of the K.H.M.H.A. Mrs. Chandra Nisbet-Cansino. The hospital says it is appreciative of the thoughtful donation from a socially responsible partner such as MedSafe, as they look forward to the various benefits the K.H.M.H. will receive with the addition of this machine in the fight against COVID-19.
