PM Briceño In Taiwan

Prime Minister John Briceño is heading a delegation to Taiwan this week. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China, Taiwan, in a release, welcomed the Prime Minister’s visit to Taiwan. The statement goes on to say that Prime Minister Briceño will be welcomed with military honors and a state banquet before receiving the Order of Propitious Clouds with Special Grand Cordon. The release further notes that PM Briceño will be awarded an honorary doctorate from the Kun Shan University. During his visit, PM Briceño is also expected to engage with Taiwan’s leaders on matters of common concern. During his absence, Cordel Hyde, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources, Petroleum and Mining, will act as Prime Minister. Prime Minister Briceño is expected to return on March twelfth.
