Man Killed in Hit and Run Incident in Cayo

A man lost his life when he was knocked down on Saturday along the George Price Highway in  Camalote Village. At today’s Police/Media briefing, Communications Director of the Belize Police Department, Assistant Superintendent of Police Fitzroy Yearwood shared what the police had on that incident.

“Between miles fifty-one and fifty-two, Mr. Francisco Ho was leaving his relative’s home when a vehicle apparently knocked him off the highway, fatally injuring him. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not come to a stop. So, we’re asking for the help of the general public if they can help us in identifying the driver and the vehicle involving this latest fatal where Mr. Ho lost his life not too far from his relative’s home.”
