Raymond Dominguez was Target of Double Murder

Justin Milligan and Raymond Dominguez

The killing of Flores brings the murder count for 2022 to three. That’s three murders in six days. The first two came by way on a double murder in Sand Hill Village on the night of January third. Justin Milligan and Raymond Dominguez were riddled with bullets when at least two gunmen entered Dominguez’s house and executed them. Today, ComPol Chester Williams confirmed that Dominguez was the intended target and his name was called in the missing case of Anisha Young that remains unsolved.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police

“At this time, our investigation is pointing towards a particular group of persons, but we have not been able to confirm their involvement because of the unavailability of witness or witnesses. Officers continue to canvass the area to see if we would be able to find anyone who may have information that could assist the investigation. We do believe that the other victim, not Milligan, was the intended target and Milligan was just collateral damage because he was there. We have reasons why we suspect that the other person was the intended target. So we are going to look at that investigation and focus on those persons who we believe are responsible and then we see how we go from there.”

“Sir, a motive behind that. I know you said the department does suspect that Dominguez was the intended target. But for what reason? I know there’s speculation on the ground.”

Chester Williams

“Dominguez’s name has been called in a number of very serious investigations, in particular that of Anisha Young. Let me say that because the public knows that. And it is based on those facts that we know that his name has been called in many incidents before that we believe that he was the intended target.”

“What kind of intervention can be done or this was just a one off thing?”

Chester Williams

“Well we don’t foresee that that issue within the San Hill area is going to spiral out of control or we don’t expect or anticipate any retaliation. Nonetheless, we still need to make sure that we err on the side of caution by doing what needs to be done to avert any possible retaliation.”
