Bangladeshi Storeowner is the Latest Victim of Home Invasion
A Bangladeshi shopkeeper was the victim of an aggravated burglary at his place of business on Curassow Street on Thursday night. MD Rahman, proprietor of MQ Grocery, was roused out of his slumber by four masked intruders. One of the men attacked the thirty-nine-year-old, punching him in the face repeatedly. He was then bound at the wrists, before the thieves rummaged his bedroom. They would make off with four thousand, six hundred dollars in cash, a drawer containing approximately one thousand, five hundred dollars and three cell phones. The men then made good their escape.
