“Despite the fact that all the heavy lifting was done already, or as my colleague, the Chairman of the Party and our lead senator in the Senate put it, they woke up on third base and no work had to be done. Then explain to us Mr. Prime Minister, if it is not corruption or something you feel the need to hide, and we did ask the question in the honorable House. I am not sure if it was asked in the Senate. But I believe because you cover all grounds Mike that you asked again. What the hell is the fifteen million dollars for, and who is going to collect that fifteen million dollars?”
