“Police Aiding and Abetting Narcos is not Unique to Belize” – Chester Williams

In neighboring Guatemala, several law enforcement officers have also been arrested for aiding the landing and offloading of a drug plane that touched down overnight in Petén.  The involvement of police officers in drug trafficking activity is not unique to Belize, says ComPol Williams.

“DEA agencies have been implicated for drug trafficking and arrested for drug trafficking, anywhere in the world you go, members of the drug unit have been implicated.  As a matter of fact, even in Belize we have changed members of our drug unit because of the fact that we got information that they were involved.  In Mexico, anywhere you go.  Don’t make this seem like it is unique to Belize, brother.  Calm down, come down to earth.”
