Big Celebration for PUP Anniversary in November

Exactly three weeks from today, on November eleventh, the P.U.P. will be celebrating one year of being in power at central government. The party recently turned seventy-one on September twenty-ninth. Former Chairman and P.U.P. Minister Henry Charles Usher told the media today that a virtual activity will be held to commemorate both milestones.

“There were quite a bit of videos from the different arms of the party and different events happening countrywide when it came to the party’s birthday on September the twenty-ninth. But what we decided as an executive is to have a joint celebration. We are calling it seventy-one and one meaning seventy-one years of P.U.P., one year of a P.U.P. government since November 2020. So we are going to launch this event, it will have to be virtual as everything seems to have to be these days, but this event will be launched to commemorate the one year anniversary o the election of November 2020 and it will be a joint celebration of the party’s birthday and the one year anniversary.”
