“A lot of times getting an idea off the ground takes a lot of energy, takes a lot of resource. I mean think about it, sending a rocket to the moon takes a lot of resource to burst through the earth’s atmosphere cause there is always that downward gravitational pull. And I think that’s one of the things that you first got to make a mental commitment, a mental adjustment to say hey, despite what comes, as hard as it gets, I won’t give up, I will press forward. A lot of people mistaken entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs with business owners – it’s different. An entrepreneur is a problem solver. You look into your community, you see a problem and then you go to start to meet that problem. And if you meet that problem, there’s people that’s willing to pay you money to solve that problem. The moment you start collecting money for solving that problem, you are no longer just an entrepreneur; you are an entrepreneur and a business owner. The entrepreneur is the spark, it is the idea, it is a solution, but then you gotta enter into that business owner mindset that management mindset to put structure around it so that it can generate more.
