“Seventeen-year-old Luis Martinez was driving a motorbike and sixty-three-year-old Pastor Sanchez who did cooperate with the police and took them to the scene where this accident occurred. He claimed that Martinez was taking a left turn on his motorbike and collided into the right front fender of his vehicle causing his injury. Martinez was transported to the northern regional hospital where he was pronounced dead by a medical officer.  The police did issue a notice of intended prosecution and he fully cooperated with the police, as I indicated; so the process is being followed.”
