Stabbing Death in Cayo

In another case of fatal violence, fifty-year-old William Alexander Thompson was found stabbed to death at the intersection of High Street in Santa Elena Town and Cristo Rey Road over the weekend. The Police Department’s Fitzroy Yearwood shares the details.

“We found the body of Thompson with stab wounds to the stomach area. Initial investigation revealed that he was seen sometime around nine-thirty on Friday night by other family members and on Saturday morning he was found by a passerby. The person that found him initially believed he was asleep but because they saw some blood stains on his shirt it prompted them to call the police and the police went out to the scene and when they arrived on the scene they believed that the person may have been killed.”
