“We home children that have been neglected, abused from their parents and they come to us through human development. We also host an empowerment centre and at this empowerment centre, it is our privilege to host fifty single moms and their children biweekly at our soup kitchen. One of the things that we are the most famous for is our empowerment trainings. And so with the commitment of the Ministry of Youth Services and Sports, we will be able to continue these trainings and we have committed our space to the Ministry of Youth so that they can use in the future.”

The Hope Haven shelter and soup kitchen has been serving the community since 2014. There are currently four resident children at the facility.
