What About the Frose’s Shares in Recological?

Alan Gobie

According to Gobie, despite the fact that he also invested significantly in the Commerce Bight project, he is intent on justifying the shares that were meant for brothers Abraham and Heinrich Frose who have reportedly lost two million dollars in the deal.  Gobie also reiterated that the initial purpose of Recological was to deal with maritime disasters off the coast of Belize.  Power generation, he says, came into the picture when SeaOne took over.  We note however, that RSL does not have a power purchase agreement with Belize Electricity Limited, as previously reported.

Alan Gobie, Founder, Recological Systems Ltd.

“I’m here to vindicate the shares for Abraham Frose.  I want to put the record straight of what happened to Recological Systems when I was there.  As for wanting to cancel the contract and things like that, I’m not up on that.  What I’m trying to say to you is that I am just trying to put the record straight on what happened with Recological Systems.  I think any company that goes after a PPA to bring electrical power in the country is there to financially make it pay for themselves.  But the whole aspect of the company changed when power mentioned and brought to the table because I re-emphasize again that the start of the company with the first MOU for the government was totally to do with maritime disaster.”
