Sherlene Cardinez

Today when we went to the “Jungle” area, we were told that the persons who were injured were at the hospital seeking medical treatment.  But there we caught up with the mother of Delroy Cardinez. She tells News Five that while her son was driving without a license, the police beat down that followed was unwarranted.

Sherlene Cardinez, Mother of Delroy Cardinez

“My son indeed was driving a vehicle without a license. So, they mi just park while at Victoria because look like deh mi gone swim, so while he mi gone the vehicle pull up and he see that dah the police weh lone like threaten and tell ah he wah beat ah up and so what he did he tek the vehicle and hurry come through jungle and park.
