Albert Ferguson Jr. Missing for 3 Weeks

He has been missing for three weeks, and tonight, Albert Ferguson Junior’s family fears the worst. The father of one was last seen in the village on Sittee River on January eighteenth. Since then, his family and friends have not seen him or heard from him. His sister Terry Ledlan says that it is unlike Albert to go missing for an extended period. They have been searching for him, but they’ve no clues as to where he may be. Ledlan believes something terrible might have happened to her brother.

“A week and couple days my cousin from down that side contacted me and asked me if he was this side by his mom or by his dad and I told her, no we have not seen him. So she was like, something wrong because he went and hasn’t come back. This is not him that goes for days. If he goes he will go to his baby in Dangriga with his girlfriend that he had there or with come here with is mom for a couple of days. But this is the longest that he has gone missing. Everybody got suspicious that he went missing. Where is he? He didn’t go to work. He isn’t about. That is how they got to me and told me let us try to locate him.  Apparently, I don’t think that they took him from his house. I think they got him probably on the streets or bushes where no one would see or hear. My thing is that I feel like they kidnapped him and they hold him hostage. I don’t know for what. I don’t know what he knows. I don’t know what went on but I am praying if they have him and if he is a live to please let him go. Or give us some sort of proof that he is alive still because this is not normal.”

“Did you brother tell you that he had any beef with anyone, any enemies?”

Terry Ledlan

“Well my brother is an outgoing person. He doesn’t talk to us on that kind of level that he has any beef but you know he would come to say he has problem with this one or this one wants to hurt him or somebody is threatening him. He is not any bad person or anything.  We gather the police. We gathered many villagers and we put on a very big search which I have to thank them to come out and help us because we put on a massive search.  They have as I said one or two people who are talking  and we are following on it because I can’t left any rock unturned. We have to turn all the rocks. The police are being very helpful and I ask them to please don’t close this case because maybe this could be one we can solve, even if he is not living anymore. At least give us some proof because my mom really needs closure.”
