Bella Vista RC School Burglarized, Vandalized

Bella Vista Roman Catholic School in the south was vandalized and burglarized sometime last night. The gang of thieves broke into ten classrooms, stole school property, and defaced the walls of the classrooms with gang signs. They also burnt a bulk of work papers used for distance learning. Principal Vincent Nunez says the thieves caused damages of more than two thousand dollars.

“Our upstairs building standard five which houses three classrooms where vandalize. They were spray painted as well as they even set fire in one of the classrooms which had ripple effects on the other classrooms where you can see the smog on the wall as well as in the ceiling. It is very, very dusty at this time.”

“They burnt the work sheets that were provided, the packages that we have for our students. They burned those packages on the floor. Also they burnt some of the charts that were made by the teachers. We also found out that they have stolen some of our things that we have in the classrooms. They stole twenty six packs of typing sheets, five fans, table stove from Miss Martha’s kitchen including a tank and a case of soft drinks, garnachas, chips as well as plastic cups and plates.”
