Clayton White Charged for Murder of Mr. Program

Police have arrested and charged Clayton White with the crime of murder for the killing of well-known Belizean artist, Mister Program.  Cops are also looking for Raheem Marsden in connection with this killing.  The report is that Gilbert Alamilla, better known as Mr. Program, was at a house on Simon Lamb Street with Clayton White and another man. Sometime around one on the morning of October second, Marsden allegedly visited the house where he threatened all three men and ordered White to kill Alamilla. Today, police gave an update on the case and say they still don’t know what motivated the murder.

“Reference the murder of Gilbert Alamilla which occurred on Friday in Belize City, police have since arrested and charged Clayton White for the crime of murder and we are seeking one more person in connection to this murder.”

 

Reporter

“As I understand it, Clayton White is the person who allegedly inflicted the fatal stab wounds but he allegedly did so that the instruction of another man. We have seen a wanted poster as well for another individual  – so is this person still wanted?”

“Yes. He is still wanted.”

“Why allegedly did Mr. Marsden allegedly instruct Mr. White to stab Alamilla or himself be stabbed?”

 

Sr. Supt. Hilberto Romero

“The information we have is that the individual came there and threatened to kill the persons at the house at the time and at some point he gave some instruction to this individual who committed this murder – that is the information we have.”

 

Reporter

“What was the nature of the dispute?”

 

Sr. Supt. Hilberto Romero

“We do not know exactly what the nature of the dispute is. All we have is that is what transpired when that person came to the house.”

 

Reporter

“As far as you are aware, was there any rivalry or feuding between these individuals?”

 

Sr. Supt. Hilberto Romero

“Not that we know; none at all, no.”

 

Reporter

“Being that allegedly the other individual, Mr. Marsden didn’t wield the murder weapon or commit the murder himself – will he also be charged for murder?”

 

Sr. Supt. Hilberto Romero

“We will seek advice on that and the appropriate charge will be levied when he is apprehended.”
