Baby Joshua needs your help

Story PictureBut a Guinea Grass couple needs your help to save the life of their newborn son. Joshua Teck was born with an incomplete esophagus and is unable to be fed normally. Friends of Pediatrics has been helping the family and arranged to have the baby flown to the U.S. for medical treatment along with his mother and a nurse on a commercial flight. But the newborn required portable oxygen for the long trip and when it was time to board the plane, they were told that they could not take the oxygen tank on a commercial flight. The only option now is to travel by air ambulance, which will cost the family thousands of dollars that they can’t afford. Baby Joshua’s father, Jerome Teck, stopped by our studios today to ask the public for help in raising the funds.
