Charges Being Framed for Author, Persons Involved in Creating Sex Video

Chester Williams

Several persons remain in police custody pending further investigation into a viral sex video that shows a woman being forced to perform oral sex on a man while another instructs her on what to do. The video was leaked on Wednesday and, shortly after it reached the desk of the Commissioner of Police Chester Williams. The ComPol says that given the nature of the video, the persons responsible cannot go unpunished. It is known that a well-known gang leader, Kenneth “Big Tom” Flowers, and at least one of his associates were detained after they were found in the company of the woman at Flowers’ house.  In the video, the victim had visible signs of injury on the body. Today, ComPol Williams in a one-on-one interview with News Five reiterated that the woman has refused to cooperate with the investigation because she is in fear of the gang boss who recorded the vile video.

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police

“The nature of the video is such that it cannot and should not be allowed to go unpunished. I believe that the young woman is question is fearful of her life and she certainly needs help and she needs moral support as well to be able to overcome whatever trauma she may have gone through. We have interviewed her and she is more concerned about the producer of the video than herself. She refused to cooperate with the police in any way shape or form. But despite that, I had looked at the amendment to the criminal code that deals with sexual offenses and I have identified at least three different offenses under that act for which the author of the video and the proprietor of the home where the incident occurred can be charged for. So we are going to see what today brings. I have directed one of my legal officers to go to Belize City with C.I.B. and assist them in framing up the charges that we will be proffering against those individuals so I expect that by the end of the day today, charges should be laid.”
