1-Year-Old Drowns in Bella Vista Village

A one-year-old toddler of Bella Vista Village drowned on Tuesday. Police say baby Abdiel Ramos was discovered inside a well around four-thirty in the afternoon.  Police responded to the village where they spoke with the toddler’s mother, Reyna Isabel Revella, who told them she was cleaning her yard and her four children were playing.  When she made checks on them, she noticed that the baby was missing. She went over to an adjacent lot and it is there that she found the child motionless inside an abandoned well that is approximately two feet deep and two feet wide. The baby was pronounced dead on arrival at the Bella Vista Polyclinic.
