Mark King Goes Trigger Happy Over Domestic Dispute

Mark King

Former U.D.P. politician Mark King is in hot water tonight and is under investigation by the police department for allegedly discharging a weapon in public overnight at a Belize City house. King, the owner of Brints Security and one-time area representative for Lake Independence, was departing a residence on Signa Yorke Street in Belama Phase One, following what appears to be a domestic issue when he is said to have fired a single shot from his licensed firearm.  News Five understands that King visited the home of twenty-eight-year-old Emil Lisbey who was entertaining several friends, including twenty-four-year-old Selena Urias, identified as King’s girlfriend.  Moments later, an argument ensued and King allegedly pulled the trigger once as he left the area.  Police said this afternoon, that there has been no formal report of the incident since a complainant is yet to come forward, however, an eyewitness told police what transpired in the wee early hours of this morning.  Here’s an excerpt of a telephone conversation King had with Lisbey following the incident.

Voice of: Mark King
