Shooting on Antelope Street; No One Injured

There was another shooting earlier in the morning. Several shots were fired at a house on the south side of Belize City, fortunately no one was injured. Police were called out to Antelope Street Extension around one a.m. where forty-two-year-old security guard Brian Smith reported to police that he, his wife and two children were awaken by the loud bangs coming from the streets. Smith told police that is when he heard items breaking inside his house and when he made checks he saw what appear to be bullet holes in his wall. Police processed the scene where they found six expended nine millimeter shells and two bullet fragments, which were discovered inside the home.
