“The development of strategy started last year in 2018 with support of the Organization of American States the cyber programme. So there was a task force that was set up to help with the drafting and that task force is multi-stakeholder meaning that it has representation of all different sectors. We now are presenting today the first draft of the strategy which is a really god accomplishment. The objective of today is to share this draft with the community and to start getting feedback and input from people here today on what their priorities are and what they would add or change to the draft. This consultation will be open for three weeks. The strategy draft will be online on the ministry’s website so everyone cn go on and read about it. If they have input on it send it over. But also think about how thet feel that they can potentially help the implementation.”
