“The system is design in such a way that people applying today subject to the land being available, subject to the land being out of dispute approvals are given the following week. So it is an express service as you may call it where we would go to the different communities and basically deal with problems that have to do with generations. So the beauty of the program is that we go there, we face the problems, we solve problems and we come up with solutions and people get their lands documents rectified.  If you would look at the man that we have in Belize you would notice that within our system there is a lot of national lands. When you visit the national lands that we see in our system you would realize that people are occupying it whether it be for agriculture purposes or purpose of living. So in many instance we go in and rectify all the issues that we have. We are dealing with issues from within the community as it pertains from town and village and agricultural lands.”
