Insp. David Mckoy, Called to the Bar

“Getting to this point I have to say that it is a long journey, stems back over eight years from enrolling at the Wesley Junior College Paralegal Program. I did it for three years. I started when I was twenty two years old so three years of that and then I went to the University of West Indies at Barbados and I was able to go to Norman Manley for two years. So the journey was very hard. There were many sleepless nights but I had colleagues who helped me along the way. I could bring a lot that is required in the police department. For example there are many times that we have to deal with internal matters as it relates to police officers and I am going to ensure fairness is adhered to. When we need to take stern approaches we will and I here to assist the commissioner of police to further his objectives.”
