10 Months Later, DNA Results for Oswald Arnold Still Not In!

Oswald Arnold

In November 2018 the remains of twenty-two-year-old Roaring Creek resident Oswald Arnold were found. He had been missing for six months and presumed murdered. Arnold’s remains were found along the Belize River in Teakettle. The cause for his death was never determined due to the advanced state of decomposition and investigators confirmed then that his head had been missing. While the family believes that the remains are those of Arnold, samples were taken for D.N.A. testing. It has been almost ten months since the morbid discovery and today mother Rosita Orellana has not received the results. Orellana says that when she made checks on Tuesday, the results have still not been sent.

Rosita Orellana

“No I didn’t expect it to take so long.”

Arnold went missing on May seventeen. He was last seen at the Iguana Creek Bridge as he set off for an overnight fishing trip with some friends.
